James Pentaudi’s irreverent and “only too real” musical, MIDDLE SCHOOL MADNESS, is being performed May 30 at Clinton High School Performing Arts Theater, Clinton NY. A 9am show is for middle school and elementary schools only and as many as eight have already committed to busing kids in from as far away as fifty miles. Another performance is scheduled for 7:30PM and that’s for the general public.
Four contestants who attended the ARTS TALENT SHOWCASE in Orlando will be in the cast–MICHAELA COCHRAN, DYLAN ISOM, CHRISTOPHER SENUS and JAZMINE THOMAS.
MIDDLE SCHOOL MADNESS: THE MUSICAL is a musical documentary inside “the middle-schooler in all of us”. With songs like, “OH DADDY, I’M BORED”, “ON THE BUS”, “LUNCH MENU SONG” sung by Foo Momma, Bad Meat and Cool Beans, “WHY DO THEY HURT” on the subject of bullying, and “ONE WONDERFUL WORLD”, MIDDLE SCHOOL MADNESS plays to the hearts of children, parents and grandparents, so don’t miss it.
Tickets are $10, $8 for seniors and kids 12 and under. Reservations can be made by calling the Academy of Performing & Creative Arts, Clinton NY, 315-723-6990.
